1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SongCamp AI ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Service Description

SongCamp AI provides AI-powered music composition tools that generate melodies, chord progressions, and bass lines in MIDI format. Our services include:

• SongCamp Ballader: Ballad-style melody and chord progression generation
• SongCamp Kpop Dancer: K-pop dance melody and chord progression generation
• Additional music generation tools (coming soon)

3. User Accounts and Authentication

3.1 Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• If you are under 14 years of age (in South Korea), you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian as required by Korean Personal Information Protection Act
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will maintain the security of your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, please contact us immediately at support@songcamp-ai.com.

4. Credit System and Subscription Plans

4.1 Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Each composition generation consumes 1 credit. Credits are replenished daily at midnight UTC based on your subscription plan.

4.2 Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: 10 credits per day
• Hobby Plan: 100 credits per day
• Pro Plan: 500 credits per day

4.3 Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable subscription fees
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Lemon Squeezy's terms and conditions

4.4 Refunds and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Refund requests are available within 14 days of your subscription payment. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@songcamp-ai.com with the following information:

• Your subscription email address
• Your subscription plan (Hobby, Pro, or Mega)
• Reason for refund request

Refund eligibility and amount will be determined based on your service usage and the time elapsed since subscription. Full refunds may be provided if no credits have been used. Partial refunds may be calculated proportionally based on usage. Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

After 14 days from your subscription payment, refunds are no longer available. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

5.2 Service Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service itself, including algorithms, software, designs, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of SongCamp AI.

5.3 Restrictions on Generated Content

While you own the generated music, you may not:

• Use generated content to train competing AI models
• Reverse engineer our algorithms
• Resell or redistribute raw MIDI files as a product

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to bypass credit limits or access controls
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SongCamp AI shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Quality or suitability of generated content for specific purposes

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
